2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on qualifying hosting services. If you’re not happy with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.

2.1 Eligible Services

  • Shared Web Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
  • Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS)

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain name registrations, transfers, or renewals (these involve third-party costs that we can’t recover).
  • SSL Certificates once they’ve been issued.
  • Dedicated IP addresses.
  • Any extra add-ons, custom configurations, or third-party services bought through our platform.

3. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, please submit your request through our support ticket system within the 30-day window.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method you used when making the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank.

4. Cancellations After 30 Days

Once the initial 30-day period is over, all sales are final and non-refundable. You can still cancel your services anytime through the client portal, but keep in mind that no refund will be given for the remaining term of the service.

5. Service Suspension or Termination

We don't provide refunds for services suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)..
