This DMCA Policy explains how Hostex LLC (“Hostex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) deals with copyright infringement claims in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers and users to uphold those rights as well.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you think your content was taken down or disabled by mistake, you can submit a counter-notification that includes the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the material that was removed and where it was originally located.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming that you genuinely believe the material was removed due to an error or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

4. Repeat Infringers

Hostex LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of customers who are found to be repeat infringers, in line with the DMCA and relevant laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hostex LLC isn’t responsible for any content uploaded, stored, or transmitted by our customers. We simply act as a service provider and respond to valid DMCA notices in good faith. Any disputes should be settled directly between the copyright owner and the person accused of infringement.
